Below is a comprehensive list of Elgato Stream Deck software releases.
Before updating Elgato Stream Deck, you may want to visit the Preferences and Export or Backup your Profile.
Usually no problems happen with each update, but if a rare issue occurs, you'll be able to import your Profile again, with all of your icons and actions intact.
Elgato Stream Deck 5.3
OBS Studio Integration 2.0
This update adds 10 new actions to the OBS Studio plugin:
- Record Pause: Pause or resume an active recording
- Replay Buffer: Turn on or off the replay buffer
- Replay Buffer Save: Save the active replay buffer
- Scene Collection: Switch scene collections
- Media Source Control: Play, pause, restart or stop a media source
- Studio Mode: Turn Studio Mode on or off
- Review to Program: Send the preview scene to program (When in Studio Mode)
- Filter: Turn on or off a filter
- Screenshot: Take a screenshot of the current preview
- Transition: Switch transition and set duration
Custom Multi Action Delay
With this update, you can adjust two new delay values in each Multi Action:
- The time between when the virtual Stream Deck key is pressed and then released.
- The delay after the previous action finishes and the next action is executed.
Both values can be reduced as low as 1 millisecond (ms). This change creates a theoretical minimum delay of 2 ms between actions.
Resizable property inspector
You can now adjust the height of a key's property inspector. Select the border and drag to increase or decrease panel size. By increasing its height, you can see more properties without needing to scroll.
Device rotation
You can now rotate your Stream Deck, without losing your key arrangements. From your Stream Deck app, go to Preferences and select an orientation type, like vertical or upside down. This automatically adjusts your keys to match your Stream Deck orientation.
Corsair Voyager Laptop
Personalize Corsair's first gaming laptop, direct in the Stream Deck app. The CORSAIR VOYAGER a1600 features a built-in macro bar with S-key integration. Now you can assign custom key actions, just like you would with your favorite Stream Deck device. Select "VOYAGER" as your device and start customizing.
General changes
Profiles now back up automatically every time you update the Stream Deck app.
Elgato Stream Deck 5.2
Introducing Stream Deck Pedal
Sturdy, customizable, and discreet, Stream Deck Pedal gives you instant hands-free control of your apps and tools. Go live, mute your mic, toggle cameras, and control almost anything in your setup. Be sure to hit the Stream Deck Store for app plugins, thousands of royalty-free tracks, sound effects, and more.
Reduced Multi Action delay between actions
When triggering consecutive actions within a Multi Action, actions are executed up to 50% faster for a more responsive experience.
Bug fixes and performance improvements
- Fixed an issue where custom URL schemes for the Website action would sometimes not function.
- Fixed an issue where the account login popup would not open again if the popup was closed before logging in.
Elgato Stream Deck 5.1
Introducing Pages
Pages is an exciting new functionality for Stream Deck, adding an intuitive way to organize actions for quick access.
The same way you’d flip through the pages of a book, Pages lets you flip through different key layouts (otherwise known as Profiles). With Pages come three new actions:
• Next/Previous Page: navigate through pages one by one.
• Go To Page: go to a specific page number.
• Page Indicator: displays the current page number.
Whitelisting
Stream Deck 5.0 added thousands of royalty-free tracks and sound effects to Stream Deck. Unfortunately, accidental or even fraudulent copyright claims can still occur.
With Stream Deck 5.1, add your YouTube account to Stream Deck to automatically add it to the whitelist. This should reduce or even eliminate the chance of receiving a false copyright claim when you use Stream Deck music and sound effects in your videos.
Audio Claim Dispute Form
To help resolve accidental or false claims, we've launched a claim dispute form. Simply fill in the required details and the claimant will be prompted to remove the claim.

Elgato Stream Deck 5.0
A new storefront with five sections takes the Stream Deck experience to the next level: Discover, Plugins, Icons, Music, Sound Effects.

Plugins
Now it's easier than ever to browse the growing list of Stream Deck plugins. The all-new Plugin section gives you at-a-glance details for quick scanning, while clicking through reveals plugin media, latest version details, compatibility, and links to developer resources.
Icons
You want to make your Stream Deck yours, and with LCD keys the customization possibilities are endless. That’s why Stream Deck 5.0 features a dedicated Icons section, which houses ready-to-use icon packs designed by industry pros such as Visual By Impulse. Simply download an icon pack, and apply one or all the Icons from the all-new Icon Library.
Music
Need the perfect track to start your stream? How about some hip hop, dance, or chill to accompany your intermission screen? Look no further than the Music tab, which contains over 100,00 royalty free tracks covering every genre, instrument and tempo you can think of. That’s right – now there’s no need to stress about copyright infringements! Click the play button to preview a track. If you want it, simply download and add it to your sound Board action.
Sound Effects
Record scratch, door creak, applause, alien starship flyby – high-quality SFX are just seconds away. With over 100,000 royalty-free sound effects for you to download, our guess is your content is going to become a lot more audio rich. Again, like music, you can trigger Stream Deck effects without being flagged. Simply download the sound effect you want, and add it in the Soundboard Action.

- Overall improvements.
Elgato Stream Deck 4.5
Corsair K95 integration
This update adds Stream Deck functionality to select Corsair Keyboards, a major first in two ways: your keyboard just got more powerful through a free software update, and it's the first peripheral -- that isn’t Stream Deck -- to integrate with the Stream Deck software and its powerful features. Put simply, your G-keys now give you access to Stream Deck actions and integrations.
Supported keyboards:
- K95 Platinum
- K95 Platinum XT
- K95 Platinum SE
Use the Stream Deck software to drag and drop actions onto G-keys, personalize your configuration with custom icons for different games and apps. When it's showtime, tap to switch scenes, launch media, post tweets and more. You can even trigger GIFs, images, videos and audio to invigorate your stream like never before.
While your programmed actions can be viewed in the Stream Deck software, a floating Action Bar always displays them on screen for quick reference. This Action Bar can be dismissed by selecting Hide Action Bar via your Windows Systems Tray or macOS Menu Bar.
To enable cross functionality, the latest version of both the CORSAIR iCUE software and Elgato Stream Deck software must be installed and running.
Elgato Stream Deck 4.4
Stream Deck 4.4 for macOS and Windows is now available to all users and comes jam-packed with new features:
Multi Action Switch
Similar to Hotkey Switch, Multi Action Switch alternates between two Multi Actions.
In the example below, we have one Multi Action to start streaming and a second to stop streaming. Upon the first tap of our Multi Action Switch key, we'll launch our intro scene, tweet that we're live, etc. A second tap will then launch our closing scene, turn off the lights, etc. And a third tap will relaunch our Going Live Multi Action. You get the picture.
Random Action
As the title implies, Random Action triggers a random action from a list.
Find Random Action under Stream Deck in the actions list on the right, and drag it onto a key.
Then open the Random Action and drag actions over to it. Add as many as you'd like!
From triggering sound effects to posting Tweets, randomization is a great way to keep things fresh.
Use one Stream Deck to switch a profile on another Stream Deck
You read that right. If you have two Stream Decks, you can use one to change profiles on the other.
Take a Stream Deck and Stream Deck Mini, for example. By assigning six different profiles to the six keys on Stream Deck Mini, it essentially becomes a master profile switcher for the 15-key Stream Deck.
Soundboard output options (Windows only)
Soundboard actions can be routed to different audio outputs on Windows.
In addition to being able to blast a siren on your studio speakers, now you can also send audio directly to a specific output, separate from your main audio device such as a virtual audio device. Now you can troll your friends in Discord using Voicemeeter. Your options are limited only by your number of outputs.
Back up all profiles
Backing up all your profiles is much easier than before. In Profiles settings there is now a Back Up All option. We always recommend backing up your profiles after an intense session of Stream Deck customization. You know, just in case.
General Improvements
* Add support for OBS 24.0.4 and later on macOS
* Profiles can be created by clicking on the Profile dropdown menu in the main window, and clicking New Profile.
* Improved support for displays with small resolutions.
* In rare cases, Open action App/File paths with special characters would fail on Windows systems. This is now fixed.
* Improved Chinese support.
* The Website action now supports mailto and keyboard maestro custom URLs.
* Folders can now be entered and exited with the keyboard shortcut "Return".

Elgato Stream Deck 4.2
Please Note: On Windows, Elgato Stream Deck 4.2 will display that the plugin is not installed when using OBS 21.x or earlier
In Windows 10, you may see a message that "Elgato Remote Control" plugin is not available. That is the current name of the plugin that interfaces with OBS.
In macOS, OBS 21.x will simply crash on launch.
A workaround is to:
1. Update OBS. The latest version is 23.1
2. Install (or Reintall) Elgato Stream Deck 4.2
OBS 22.x may also work fine, but we always recommend that you use the latest available version of OBS.
If you do not wish to upgrade to the latest OBS from OBS 21.x, you can downgrade Elgato Stream Deck 4.2 to version 4.1, by using the links lower down in this article.
You can download OBS here:
https://obsproject.com/download
We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
Group support in OBS and Streamlabs OBS
OBS Studio and Streamlabs OBS have the ability to combine sources into groups. With this update, Stream Deck can now control groups of sources in addition to individual sources.
New Integrations
Thanks to awesome developers making use of Stream Deck's SDK, a number of new integrations can be downloaded free of charge. Click the More Actions button at the bottom right of the Actions list to get started.
- Control your Philips Hue Lights: Turn on and off, change color and more with the new Philips Hue plugin.

Either one after another separated by intervals, or simultaneously. It's your choice.
