Elgato Stream Deck - Keys are blank and do not show anything

We are aware that some Stream Deck device keys are not displaying anything, despite the Stream Deck software being operational with actions configured.

 

Uninstall the Citrix Workspace App

Our team has found the root cause being the Citrix Workspace App (2302).

 

Please uninstall the Citrix workspace app or if you need it, downgrade to Citrix Workspace App (2212) from Dec 19, 2022 and disable auto-update and then restart your computer.
