Some users have reported an issue where no video or audio is received when using 4K X with 10 Gbps enabled on an M-chip iPad or macOS Sonoma 14.5
Temporary Solution:
- Disconnect 4K X
- Restart your iPad or Mac
- Connect 4K X to your Mac, and do NOT open any video programs (OBS Studio, QuickTime, etc)
- Open Capture Device Utility and disable 10 Gbps support.
- Now open video apps like OBS Studio or connect 4K X to your iPad.
Note: You may need to select or re-add 4K X to your scenes in OBS Studio.
