Elgato Marketplace — Music and sounds missing from Marketplace order history

On June 19, 2024, the Elgato Marketplace was temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance. 

After this event, audio files downloaded from the Sounds and Music category may no longer appear in some Marketplace account order history. 

Stream Deck setups and existing sounds and music will not be affected since the files are stored on your computer. 

Sounds and music can be re-downloaded for free from Marketplace to re-associate the sounds with your account, and they will appear in your account order history.
