Turbo.264 HD can encode to the H.264 format, at various resolutions, up to full HD (1080p).
Presets available in the Format menu:
iPod Small
iPhone
iPod Best
Apple TV
Sony PSP
YouTube
YouTube HD
HD 720p
HD 1080p
You can also create custom export settings using the Edit... option within the Format menu.
