The Turbo.264 HD software requires a valid activation key to run. The activation key is entered during the Setup Assistant.
Each instance of the Turbo.264 HD software needs to use an unique activation key. If more than one installation is using the same activation key, then that key may become invalid, and will no longer work for any users.
Invalidated keys are put on a "blacklist" which is maintained by Turbo.264 HD software will periodically sync up with the blacklist, to ensure that each copy of the software is using a valid and unique activation key.
If your key was invalidated, you will not be able to use the software until the issue is resolved.
If you think that your key was blacklisted by mistake, please contact http://help.elgato.com for further assistance.
