How long do I have to get a refund?
After redeeming your code, you have 30 days from the date of activation to ask for a refund.
Who do I contact to get a refund?
To ask for a refund, create a ticket at https://help.elgato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Select Pipeline/Elgato Bundle in the "What do you need help with?" dropdown menu.
You will receive a ticket number via email after submitting a ticket. If you do not get a confirmation email within 10 minutes, check your Spam folder.
A customer service representative will contact you via email with detailed instructions regarding your request within 2 business days. If your refund is approved, the refund should take around 2 to 5 business days to process.
NOTE: If you are from the United States, you can also call (888) 831-6488 and choose the "Pipeline/Elgato Bundle" option. Support is available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM PST.
How do refunds work if I bought add-on services directly from Pipeline?
As of this writing, Pipeline does not offer any add-on services. If they begin offering such services, any refunds for said services will be handled by Pipeline e-commerce and customer service channels.
What happens if I do not enter my code?
If you do not activate their membership within 60 days of purchasing a subscription, the subscription will automatically activate and the code will still work for another 12 months. After the 12 months, then you will need to renew their membership.
CORSAIR will send you reminders to activate your code on the 30th day, the 45th day, and the final day.
