Creating a help ticket
You can create a help ticket by going to this Elgato Help page. Click the "What do you need help with?" dropdown menu and select Pipeline/Elgato Bundle.
After submitting a ticket, you will receive a ticket number via email. A customer support agent will reach out to you by email to provide assistance.
If you do not get a ticket number email within 10 minutes, check your spam folder.
Calling Elgato Support
If you are in the United States, you can call Elgato Support at 1-888-726-8134. When calling, select the "Pipeline/Elgato Bundle" option.
Support for Pipeline-related issues is available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM PST.
