Elgato Stream Deck — Solution For Blank Keys, Or Only Logo Showing

We are aware that some Stream Deck device keys are not displaying anything, despite the Stream Deck software being operational with actions configured.

Or, the Stream Deck may only be showing the Elgato logo.

 

Uninstall the Citrix Workspace App

 

Our team has found the root cause is the Citrix Workspace App (2302).

 

Please uninstall the Citrix Workspace app or if you need it, downgrade to Citrix Workspace App (2212) from Dec 19, 2022, and disable auto-update and then restart your computer.
