Elgato Key Light Neo — Reset Wi-Fi Configuration

You can reset Key Light Neo to its factory default to pair it with a new network or resolve connection issues.

 

How to reset Wi-Fi

1) Power on Key Light Neo. Push and hold the Reset button with a small tool for at least 10 seconds until the light flashes 3 times.

2) Once Key Light Neo light flashes 3 times, release the button and it'll automatically restart after a few seconds.
