Firmware updates deliver the latest improvements and bug fixes for Stream Deck Neo.
Note: When performing a firmware update, it is critical that the update is not interrupted. While updating, please ensure the following:
- ⚠️ Do not shut down your computer.
- ⚠️ Do not disconnect Stream Deck Neo.
- ⚠️ Do not close or quit the Stream Deck app.
Firmware update steps
1) Make sure the latest Stream Deck software is installed
- Check for updates in the Stream Deck software
- Download the newest version from http://www.elgato.com/downloads
2) Open the settings by clicking on the settings cog at the top right of the software next to the Store button.
3) Select the Device tab. An Update Firmware... button will be shown if a firmware update is available.
4) Click on Update Firmware to start the update. Do not disconnect Stream Deck Neo or shut down your computer while the firmware update is in progress. The device's keys may flash during the update as the device restarts.
5) Wait until the update is complete, then use Stream Deck Neo as normal.
