Elgato Game Capture HD60 can record video sources that use the following resolutions:

480p
720 by 480 resolution

576i
720 by 576 resolution

576p
720 by 576 resolution

720p
1280 by 720 resolution

1080i
1920 by 1080 resolution

1080p
​1920 by 1080 resolution

Please Note: 480p is supported, but not at 640 x 480 resolution.  720 x 480 resolution is supported.
 

Elgato Game Capture HD60 can record 1080p 60fps video up to 40Mbps.
