Reset Router
Restarting the router can solve many different issues.
Each router has a different way it can be reset. There may be a button on the router, or a local web page you can go to.
If you don't have those options, you may need to unplug and replug the power cable from the router, but you may want to check with your ISP to make sure that's recommended.
Connect PC or Mac to Router
To control Key Light from a PC or Mac the computer must be connected to the same router which Key Light is connected to.
This connection can be either Wi-Fi or wired Ethernet connection.
If the PC or Mac is connected directly to the modem, and not connected to the router, controlling Key Light will from that PC or Mac will not work.
Confirm That the Computer has an Active Wi-Fi Adapter
To pair Key Light using a Windows, macOS, Android, or iOS device, that device requires a Wi-Fi connection. If no Wi-Fi device is available, Key Light cannot be paired.
The Wi-Fi adapter needs to support 2.4 GHz to be able to discover Key Light for pairing.
An iOS device, or basic USB to Wi-Fi adapter can be used if the computer has no built-in Wi-Fi.
Reset Wi-Fi Adapter
Sometimes a Wi-Fi adapter requires a reset to show Key Light.
1) On Windows, search “Network” and open the Network Status window.
2) At the bottom, click on "Network Reset".
3) Click on "Reset Now".
4) Restart the PC.
