Troubleshooting
- Verify the application is up to date on both computers:
Wave Cast on Elgato Marketplace - Ensure both computers are connected via ethernet. Wi-Fi connections are not recommended and may cause delay, distortion or connectivity issues.
- Confirm both computers are connected to the same network. Different subnets are not compatible.
- If audio issues continue, please also reboot both computers.
- If still having this issue, please try reinstalling the application as well.
