Troubleshooting
- Verify the application is up to date on both computers.
- Ensure both computers are connected via ethernet. Wi-Fi connections are not recommended and may cause delay, distortion or connectivity issues.
- Confirm both computers are connected to the same network. Different subnets are not compatible.
- If it continues, reboot both computers.
- Reinstalling the application may help as well.
