The following information and troubleshooting can help ensure proper connectivity or if the Network Dock for Stream Deck loses connection or fails to initially connect.

Important notes:
- Network Dock is not compatible with first generation Stream Deck devices (R/N: 20GAA9901) and Stream Deck Studio (R/N: 20GBO9901).
- Stream Deck Pedal is compatible using DHCP on Network Dock firmware 1.01.014 and newer.
- Stream Deck Network Dock works only while the device and computer are connected to the same network.

Troubleshooting
- Verify Stream Deck Software is up to date. This can be found within Stream Deck Software preferences (Gear Icon).
- Check that the Network Dock Firmware is up to date via the software under the Device Tab.
- Replace the USB connection to rule out a faulty cable.
- Test another Ethernet cable as well.
- If available, test another port on the PoE network switch.
- Connect the Stream Deck directly to a computer to verify the hardware itself is functioning properly.
