If you are not able to pair Key Light Air MK.1 to a network, the network may be incompatible.
Network Requirements - Compatible Network Settings
The following are the network requirements for Key Light Air MK.1:
• Wireless standard: 802.11b/g/n
• Wireless frequency: 2.4 GHz
• Wireless encryption: WPA2 (AES), WPA (TKIP/AES)
Incompatible Network Settings
The following network settings are incompatible with Key Light Air MK.1
• Wireless standard: AC, AD, AX
• Network frequency: 5 GHz networks
• Wireless encryption: WEP, WPA2-Enterprise

- Multicast
- Internet Group Management Protocol (IGMP)
- mDNS
- IPv6
Disabled Services
- AP/client isolation
- Virtual Private Networks (VPNs)
- Proxy Servers
- IGMP Proxy
- Uncheck Block LAN to WLAN Multicast and Broadcast Data if available
