How to retrieve an invoice copy, for VAT purposes

The invoice for your Elgato.com order, which contains tax/VAT information, can be accessed from the Order Details page. To reach the Order Details page, log in to www.elgato.com and select My Orders from the list of links on the left, then click on your order.

Once you are on the Order Details page, click the Download PDF Invoice link.

 

 

If you placed your order at Elgato.com without signing in

 

Create a new account at Elgato.com with the same email address you used during guest checkout, and follow the steps above.
