If your MacBook Pro is not getting charged while connected to the Elgato Thunderbolt 3 Dock, there could be several reasons of why it doesn't work.
1) Make sure you are using the provided Thunderbolt 3 Cable that came with our device.
2) Verify that it is connected with the Thunderbolt 3 Port next to the DisplayPort of your Elgato Thunderbolt 3 Dock. Newer models have an icon with a Display above the Thunderbolt 3 Port (see screenshot below).
1) Make sure you are using the provided Thunderbolt 3 Cable that came with our device.
2) Verify that it is connected with the Thunderbolt 3 Port next to the DisplayPort of your Elgato Thunderbolt 3 Dock. Newer models have an icon with a Display above the Thunderbolt 3 Port (see screenshot below).
3) Is the Thunderbolt Dock Utility installed? If not, then please install it from the Link below:

4) If your MacBook Pro has several Thunderbolt 3 Ports, then please make sure to test all the other ports with the connection mentioned above.
5) In case that other Functions or Ports do not work as expected, then please try it with a NVRAM and SMC reset:

Reset SMC

4) If your MacBook Pro has several Thunderbolt 3 Ports, then please make sure to test all the other ports with the connection mentioned above.
