Where do I get Windows drivers for Elgato Thunderbolt™ 3 Dock?

Elgato Thunderbolt 3 Dock has a special Elgato Thunderbolt Dock Utility, but that application is for macOS only.

To use a Thunderbolt 3 Dock in Windows, you would need a computer with built-in Thunderbolt 3 ports, and the necessary Windows 10 drivers, and appropriate motherboard support.  You would not need any special software specifically from Elgato.
