Elgato Game Capture 4K60 Pro does not work with any laptop

Elgato Game Capture 4K60 Pro does not work with any laptop.  

You must have a desktop or tower Windows PC, with a PCIe 2.0 or higher (x4/x8/x16) slot.

If you would like to use an Elgato Gaming product with a laptop, then you can use either Elgato Game Capture HD60 or Elgato Game Capture HD60 S, both of which connect via USB.
