Elgato Game Capture HD does not support PlayStation TV

No, you cannot use PlayStation TV (PS TV) with Elgato Game Capture HD.

This is due to the fact that PlayStation TV protects the signal using HDCP.

Does PS TV support external HDMI-based game capture devices?
PS TV supports HDCP (copy protection). HDCP cannot be turned off.
