If you are having issues updating the Firmware for your Elgato Ring Light, whether this is happening on macOS or on Windows 10, then please try the following:
- Make sure you are using the latest Control Center software for your operating system
- Sometimes it may help to try to update in wireless and in Ethernet mode via your computers connection to the Router
- Distance may also impact the Firmware Update, try moving the Ring Light and Computer closer to the Router
- Please make sure to check the Firmware of your router as it may also get important updates regarding Wi-Fi stability
