The Key Light Air MK.2 is developed to be compatible with common residential networks.

Note: These settings need to be verified within the wireless router preferences directly. For assistance, please contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider), Router manufacturer or IT administrator:

Wi-Fi Band

• 2.4 GHz 
• 5 GHz, 802.11 a/b/g/n
• Security protocol: WPA2+AES or WPA+TKIP/AES  (Enterprise is not compatible)
• Key Light Air MK.2 does not work with open/unsecured networks.

Enabled Services

• Multicast
• Internet Group Management Protocol (IGMP)
• mDNS
• IPv6

Disabled Services

•  AP/client isolation
• Virtual Private Networks (VPNs)
• Proxy Servers
• IGMP Proxy
• Uncheck Block LAN to WLAN Multicast and Broadcast Data if available

Additional Notes

With some networks, special characters (punctuation or symbols) in the SSID (WIFI name) can cause communications errors. 

For example, MyNetwork 2.4 should be changed to MyNetwork 24 (without the period).
