Launch Elgato Stream Deck Software
Ensure the Stream Deck app is installed and running on your computer. You can download it for Windows or macOS here. If the app crashes, contact support.
Use a different USB port
If Stream Deck is not functioning properly, try connecting it to another USB port.
Connect Stream Deck directly to your computer
USB hubs can occasionally cause issues, especially if overloaded. Ensure your hub has a power supply, or connect the Stream Deck directly to your computer.
Use a different USB cable.
USB cables can wear out or fail over time. Try another cable to see if the issue is resolved.
Drag an action onto a key
Keys will remain blank if no actions are assigned. Open the Stream Deck app and drag an action from the list on the right onto the key.
Uninstall the Citrix Workspace App
The Citrix Workspace App (2302) can cause blank keys on Stream Deck. Reinstall the latest version of Citrix. If problems persist, contact support.
