Stream Deck folders can automatically be exited after executing an action within that folder after a certain time. This feature is great for executing certain actions like soundboard sound effects.
This guide will go over how to configure Auto Folder Exit.

How to set Auto Folder Exit for all actions in a folder
1) Create a new folder by right-clicking on an empty key or by right-clicking on an existing action and selecting Move to folder.
2) Double-click to go into the folder and select the Exit key
3) Below, in the Exit keys property inspector, activate the Auto Exit toggle.
4) You can select a time delay before the folder will exit from 0 to 60 seconds.
To exit the folder immediately after executing an action, set the time to 0 seconds.
5) Tap any action inside this folder; the folder will exit automatically after the chosen time has passed.
How to set Auto Folder Exit for individual actions in a folder
You can change the time before the folder exits for individual actions. These actions will ignore the global delay set in the Exit action property inspector.
1) Select an action inside a folder
2) Below, in the actions property inspector, click on the Folder Exit Icon
3) By default, Follow folder settings will be enabled. If Auto Folder exit is configured in the Exit action, the action will follow those settings. To adjust the settings for just this action, uncheck Follow folder settings.
4) Toggle on Auto Exit and select the delay for when the folder automatically exits after executing the action. You can choose between 0 to 60 seconds.
To exit the folder immediately after executing an action, set the time to 0 seconds.
5) Tap the action and the folder will exit automatically after the chosen time has passed.
