This guide covers the status LEDs for each Facecam model, including Facecam, Facecam Pro, Facecam MK.2, and Facecam Neo. We'll be detailing what each LED signal means to help you understand the status of your device and troubleshoot any issues.

Facecam
🔵 Blinking Blue: A firmware update is in progress.
🔵 Continuous Blue: Currently streaming (by default).
Note: This can be adjusted in Camera Hub to be set to “always off” or “always on” in advanced device settings.
Facecam Pro
🔵 Continuous Blue: Currently streaming.
🔵 Blinking Blue: A firmware update is in progress.
🔴 Flashing Red: The self-test has failed. Reconnect to another USB port or reach out to customer support for further assistance.
🟢 Continuous Green: A firmware issue has been detected. Please reach out to customer support for further assistance.
🟡 Continuous Yellow/Orange: Connected, but there is no data on the USB connection.
Note: This can occur during computer boot because the computer supplying power before the OS establishes communication.
Facecam MK.2
🔵 Continuous Blue: Currently streaming.
🟠 Continuous Orange: A firmware update is in progress. Do not disconnect the camera.
Facecam Neo
⚪ Continuous White (medium intensity): Currently streaming.
⚪ Blinking White: A firmware update is in progress.
⚪ Continuous White (high intensity): Firmware update in progress. Do not disconnect the camera.
