When it comes to the installation of Elgato Thunderbolt™ 3 Pro Dock on Windows 10, you need to verify that your computer has an actual Thunderbolt 3 Controller.
They might be installed by default if all the computer manufacturer chip set drivers have been installed. For others, you might have to visit the actual manufacturer's website and find the drivers for the Thunderbolt 3 Controller, or perhaps a update for the controller. In some cases also a firmware update might be available that can be installed.
