Q: Will EyeTV products still be available?
A: Yes. Existing EyeTV products will continue to be sold by Geniatech, with an exciting roadmap ahead. For details, please visit the Geniatech Website.
Q: Will EyeTV software and TV apps still be available?
A: Yes. Geniatech will continue to develop and enhance EyeTV software and TV apps for iOS and Android.
Q: Where can I get support for my EyeTV product?
A: Starting March 5, 2016, end user Technical Support will be provided by Geniatech. For details, please visit the Geniatech website.
Q: Will my Program Guide continue to work?
A: Yes. Your TV Guide or Gracenote service will continue to work for the remainder of your subscription. New subscriptions will be available for purchase from Geniatech. Contact Geniatech for help if your Program Guide has expired.
Q: Are any other Elgato products affected by this transition?
A: Geniatech will now own and support EyeTV and TerraTec Home Cinema software, all mobile TV apps for iOS and Android, and any EyeTV compatible hardware that Elgato has created in the past. Other products are not affected.
