Elgato Game Capture HD60 S uses Stream Copy instead of Master Copy

When streaming and recording at the same time, Elgato Game Capture HD60 S uses Stream Copy - both your stream and recording will share the same resolution, frame rate and bit rate.

Some other Elgato products have a H.264 encoder chip, so they can use Master Copy - recording at one resolution while streaming using other settings.
