Windows Resolutions
Elgato Game Capture HD60 S+ can record video sources that use the following resolutions:
480p
720 by 480 resolution
576p
720 by 576 resolution
720p
1280 by 720 resolution
1080i
1920 by 1080 resolution
1080p
1920 by 1080 resolution
2160p30 (4K Capture Not Available with all software)
3840 by 2160 resolution
Frame rates higher than 60 fps, and refresh rates higher than 60 Hz, are not supported by Elgato Game Capture HD60 S+.

2160p60 can't be transferred over USB from the Elgato Game Capture HD60 S+. The available USB 3.0 bandwidth doesn't allow for that much data to be transferred at once.
If the video source is 2160p60, then it will passthrough as 2160p60, and capture as 1080p60.
If the video source is 2160p30, then it will passthrough as 2160p30, and capture as 2160p30.
Please Note: 480p is supported, but not at 640 x 480 resolution. 720 x 480 resolution is supported.

HDR 10 Bit Capture and HDR 10 Bit Passthrough are available for Windows 10.
An NVIDIA 10 series or later GPU is required for HDR 10 Bit recording in Windows 10, when using Elgato 4K Capture Utility. That recording will be in the HEVC format.
