A Wi-Fi Signal Strength indicator was added to Control Center in version 1.3
The signal strength indicator can be used to troubleshoot issues with lighting accessories, such as responding slowly or not at all to changes made in Control Center.
Wi-Fi Strength Indicator
| Indicator | Signal Strength | Quality |
| 3 Bars | 60% or more | Great |
| 2 bars | 40% - 60% | Ok |
| 1 Bar | Less than 40% | Bad |
When signal strength is one bar (40%) or lower, the light may not react or respond to Control Center. Steps should be taken to increase the signal strength. For example, moving the light closer to the Wi-Fi router, or reducing interference from other networks by optimizing Wi-Fi channels.
No Signal Indicator
If the Wi-Fi signal strength indicator does not appear, then your lighting accessory may require a firmware update. Learn how to update the firmware here.
