Elgato Capture App — System Requirements

This guide covers the system requirements for using the Elgato Capture app on iPad. 

System Requirements

The following are required to use the Elgato Capture app: 

• iPad with USB-C Port
  • List of iPads with USB-C*
• iPadOS 17 or newer
  
  • List of iPads that support iPadOS 17

*Note: The 10th and 11th generation iPads (A14 and A16 chip) only support USB 2.0 speeds. Elgato capture devices do not work with these iPads due to the limited USB bandwidth.
