Elgato Light Strip Pro — Reset Wi-Fi Configuration

The Wi-Fi configuration of Elgato Light Strip Pro can be reset to pair it with a new network or resolve connection issues.  

Factory Reset Light Strip

1) Push and hold the RESET button with a small tool for at least 15 seconds until the light flashes three times.

 

2) Light Strip Pro will reboot and color cycle before reengaging pairing mode. Once done, reconnect it to a Wi-Fi network using a wireless Windows, macOS, Android, or iOS device.
