If you have already purchased the app, it can be redownloaded from Purchase History as long as you are signed into the Apple ID that made the purchase. If you are having video performance issues with EpocCam, please try the following steps:
Lower the video resolution
The computer may not be able to process the video in real-time.
Try using a lower video resolution, for example switch from 1920x1080 to 640x480.
Make sure you are not running any other CPU hungry applications at the same time. For 720p HD video a dual-core CPU is recommended.
Wi-Fi connection issue
Poor quality and stuttering video can be caused by an unreliable WiFi connection.

EpocCam works in one application
Make sure only one application is using EpocCam at a time. Remember to exit EpocCam Viewer before using EpocCam with other applications.
