When adding EpocCam as a video source in broadcasting applications like OBS Studio, the video may appear in 4:3 aspect ratio or square. These are the steps to set EpocCam to 16:9 aspect ratio.
Set EpocCam to 16:9 aspect ratio
In this example, OBS Studio will be used.
1) Once EpocCam is added as a capture device source, right-click on the source and open the properties.
2) In the properties menu, from the Resolution/FPS Type dropdown menu selection custom.
3) Set the below settings from the dropdown menu.
- Resolution: 1920x1080
- FPS: 30
Leave all other settings at their default.
4) Click on Ok to close the properties.
If EpocCam is not fullscreen, press CTRL+F (This hotkey works only in OBS Studio)
