This guide will cover how to set up EpocCam with Windows.

System Requirements

- Camera Hub 1.7 or later
EpocCam App:
- iOS/iPadOS 13.0 or later
Camera Hub Setup
1) Install Camera Hub from elgato.com/downloads.
2) Follow the Elgato Camera Hub Setup Wizard.
3) Click the Finish button to exit the Setup Wizard.
EpocCam — Wireless Setup (Windows)
1) Install EpocCam on your iOS device.
2) Open EpocCam on your iOS device.
3) Open Camera Hub.
4) Once EpocCam is detected, you'll be able to select the Camera, Bit Rate, Zoom, Picture settings, Snap Lenses, and more.
ℹ️ If the connection cannot be established, open Service via Windows Start and check if the Bonjour Service is running and the startup type is Automatic or Automatic (delayed). If Camera Hub is open, restart Camera Hub and try again.
EpocCam — Wired Setup (Windows)
1) Install Apple Devices from the Windows Store.
2) Restart your PC after installing Apple Devices.
3) Install EpocCam on your iOS device
4) Connect your iOS device to the PC using Lighting or a USB-C cable.
5) Open Camera Hub.
6) Once EpocCam is detected, you can select the Camera, Bit Rate, Zoom, Picture settings, Snap Lenses, and more.
ℹ️ If the connection cannot be established, try moving to a different USB port and ensure Apple Devices from the Windows Store is installed.
