Troubleshooting
- A direct connection is recommended. For testing, please remove any adapters, hubs or docks if possible.
- Confirm the USB port meets or exceeds the requirements of the capture card.
- Try another USB port and certified cable.
- For testing purposes, remove all USB devices from the computer except the mouse, keyboard and the Elgato device. Then reboot the computer and test without reconnecting the other devices. Does the issue continue?
- Ensure the computers chipset and USB drivers are up to date. For assistance, contact the computer or motherboard manufacturer.
- Test a different computer to narrow down the cause.
