Elgato Studio 2.0.0 Beta 2.msix (arm64)
What’s new in Elgato Studio 2.0 Beta 2?
💬 Prompter: Chat Mode
Chat Mode brings your Twitch, YouTube, and Kick (Alpha) chats into a single, unified multi chat right on your Prompter.
While you’re live, a configurable overlay shows your total viewer count plus a per-platform breakdown, so you always know how your stream is performing. Customize the chat’s font, color, spacing, and margins to match your layout, and toggle timestamps or platform badges on or off to keep things as clean or detailed as you like.
🗣️ Voice Sync: Guided Setup & German Support
Voice Sync just got easier to set up, and easier to understand when something’s not ready yet. A new guided setup walks you through choosing a language and downloading its model, with file size and download progress shown along the way. If Elgato Studio doesn’t have microphone access yet, you’ll see a clear prompt to grant it without leaving the app.
German joins English as a supported Voice Sync language in this beta, with more languages on the way.
🎙️ Audio Input Selection
You can now choose a different audio input when recording with a capture device: your capture card’s own audio, a system microphone, a virtual device, or a Wave Link mix.
🛠️ Improvements & bug fixes
- Regrouped Appearance tab settings into clear Text, Background, Spacing, and Margin sections for easier navigation.
- Added a reset button to each settings section, so you can restore just that group to its defaults without resetting everything else.
- Consolidated capture device video and audio settings into a single tab.
- Fixed an issue where the app could restore your last-selected device in the sidebar without opening that device’s page.
- Fixed an issue where the OpenDyslexic font displayed as Comic Sans in the Prompter.
- Fixed an issue where the Prompter window could briefly appear on your main display when your display setup changed.
