Due to platform technical limitations, the ability to transfer an active subscription between iOS and Android was removed in Stream Deck Mobile app version 1.3.
Moving to a new device and operating system
To move from one platform to another, cancel the existing subscription and subscribe to Stream Deck Mobile on your new device.
These are the steps involved:
1) Cancel the Stream Deck mobile subscription in the Google Play store or iOS app store.
2) Download and install Stream Deck Mobile on the new Android or iOS device.
3) Start the Stream Deck mobile subscription on the new Android or iOS device.
Transfer Configured Keys
Profiles, folders, and all configured actions are saved in the Stream Deck desktop application and not on the mobile device.
When moving to a new mobile device, during the pairing process with the Stream Deck app, you will be able to choose to copy the profile of the old device to the new device making the transfer seamless.
