Elgato Stream Deck Mobile — System Requirements

The following are the system requirements for using Elgato Stream Deck Mobile for iOS and Android devices. 

 

Please note the slight differences in required software versions between iOS and Android. 

 

System requirements when using an iOS/iPadOS device

  • iPhone or iPad with iOS/iPadOS 15.0 or newer
  • Stream Deck 6.3 or newer installed on a PC or Mac
  • Local Wi-fi connection
    • iPhone/iPad and the PC/Mac must be connected to the same router.

Get Stream Deck Mobile from the iOS app store. 

 

System requirements when using an Android device

  • Android device with Android 6.0 or newer
  • Stream Deck 4.6 or later installed on a PC or Mac
  • Local Wi-fi connection
    • The Android device and the PC/Mac must be connected to the same router.
