Stream Deck Mobile requires a local Wi-Fi connection
Stream Deck and Stream Deck Mobile must be connected to the same network to work properly.
Ensure your mobile device and the computer running the Stream Deck desktop app are connected to the same local network.
Restart the Stream Deck app on the Host PC or Mac
Quit and restart the Stream Deck app on your host PC or Mac.
Distance to Router & Wi-Fi Network Frequency
Move your iOS/Android device closer to the router to ensure a stable Wi-Fi connection.
If your iOS/Android device is far from the router, connect it to the 2.4 GHz network for better range. Connect to the 5 GHz AC network for optimal bandwidth if it's nearby.
Connect the Host PC or Mac with an Ethernet Cable
Consider connecting your host computer to the router using an Ethernet cable for a more stable connection.
Check Firewall & Antivirus Settings
Some firewalls or antivirus software may block the connection between mobile and desktop apps.
Check your firewall and antivirus settings to ensure they do not block the connection. Add exceptions or temporarily disable these programs if necessary.

1) Open the Windows Start Menu and search for Settings.
