Router
Move Key Light Mini closer to the Wi-Fi router.
Ensure the Wi-Fi connection is not a guest network.
If resetting the Wi-Fi Configuration doesn't help, unplug your router for 1-2 minutes.
Each router has a different way it can be reset. There may be a button on the router or a local web page to log in.
If you don't have those options, you may need to unplug and replug the power cable from the router, but you may want to check with your ISP to make sure that's recommended.
Connect PC or Mac to Router
To control Key Light Mini from your computer, the computer must be connected to the same router that Key Light Mini is connected to. Once Key Light Mini is connected to the same network as the computer, a Wi-Fi or ethernet connection can control the device.
If the PC or Mac is connected directly to the modem (or another router) and not connected to the same router, Key Light Mini will not appear on your PC or Mac.
Note Wi-Fi Guest Networks will prevent Key Light Mini from appearing in Control Center.
Confirm That the Computer has an Active Wi-Fi Adapter
To pair Key Light Mini using a Windows, macOS, Android, or iOS device, that device requires a Wi-Fi connection. If no Wi-Fi device is available, Key Light Mini cannot be paired.
The Wi-Fi adapter needs to support 2.4 GHz or 5GHz to discover Key Light Mini for pairing.
If the computer does not have a wireless adapter available, an iOS/Android device or a USB to Wi-Fi adapter can be used.
