Wave Devices and Console Connectivity

With Wave Link 1.1.4 software release in 2020, the ability to use the original Wave:3 Microphone directly connected to a PlayStation 4 was added via a firmware update. 

 

The following Wave Devices are compatible

  • Wave:1 Microphone
  • Wave:3 Microphone
  • Wave XLR Interface 

 

The following Wave Devices are NOT compatible

  • Wave Neo Microphone
  • Wave XLR Dock
  • Wave XLR MK2 Dock
  • Wave:3 MK2 Microphone (20MAO9901)
  • Wave XLR MK2 (20MAN9901)

 

At this time, only PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 consoles are compatible.
