God of War: Ragnarok was released on November 9, 2022 for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
Some customers have experienced issues with Audio, and Video. Here are some potential solutions.
Audio Solution: Turn Off Surround or Multichannel Audio
Elgato products can use standard Stereo audio, and not audio with multiple channels, like Dolby or other forms of Surround Sound.
Make sure your console settings are using Stereo.
Independent of the PS4 or PS5 settings, God of War: Ragnarok has independent settings.
You can see those here:

Video Solution: Turn Off "Enable 120 Hz Output"
To make sure you can see Video properly:
1) On the PS5, navigate to the settings
2) Select "Screen and video"
3) Go to "Video output"
4) Set "Enable 120 Hz Output" to off
5) Relaunch the game
