This guide will show you how to access your Elgato Marketplace order history.

 

How to Access Your Order History

 

1) Navigate to Elgato Marketplace and select Sign in near the top right.

2) Once logged in, navigate to the profile section in the top right corner. Click on your portrait or the cart icon. From the dropdown menu that appears, select Manage your account.

3) On the left-hand sidebar, navigate to Products and select Order History.

4) Select an Order ID to view more details.
