This guide will show you how to access your Elgato Marketplace order history.

 

How to Access Your Order History

 

1) Navigate to Elgato Marketplace and select Sign in near the top right.

2) Once logged in, navigate to the profile section in the top right corner. Click on your portrait icon. From the dropdown menu that appears, select Settings.

3) On the next screen, there are options across the top for Personal info, Your library, Orders, Security, Payments, Data and privacy. Navigate to Your Library to select from your downloads or alternatively, Orders to locate transaction IDs.

 

4) Select an Order ID to view more details.
