Capture from DirectShow devices such as Game Capture 4K Pro, 4K60 Pro MK.2 or HD60 Pro may display a No Signal message in software after certain games like Valorant, Fortnite or others are launched.
This is related to the anti-cheat engine which can block the DirectShow driver used by certain capture cards.
- Elgato has been advised that DirectShow is a vector for inserting cheats into the game, which is why the anti-cheat may outright block these devices, which is not limited to Elgato.

- In our testing, this does NOT affect UVC devices such as HD60 S+, HD60 X, 4K X or 4K S as these external devices do not use DirectShow.
