macOS
1) Open Activity Monitor
2) Highlight "Camera Hub" and choose the "X" icon at the top of the window to Force Quit it.
3) Open Camera Hub and try to connect to EpocCam again.
Windows (Wireless)
If the Bonjour service is not running, EpocCam will not connect wirelessly.
1) Download the latest version of Camera Hub.
2) Using Windows Start Menu, type Services and open the Services app.
3) In the services list, scroll down and find the service named Bonjour Service
Note: Pressing B on the keyboard will immediately jump to services with names that start with B.
4) Right-click on the Bonjour Service and select Properties.
5) Ensure it's set to Automatic or Automatic (Delayed Start) under the Startup type.
6) If the service is not running, press Start. Then select OK.
7) With the Bonjour service running, check if EpocCam is selected within Camera Hub.
Windows (Wired)
1) Download the latest version of Camera Hub.
2) Install Apple Devices from the Windows Store.
3) Restart your PC after installing Apple Devices.
4) If you have multiple cameras, check if EpocCam is selected within Camera Hub.
