This guide will go over how to set up Facecam.
Requirements
- Facecam
- USB cable
- Included with Facecam
- Monitor Mount
- Included with Facecam
Setup Steps
1) Download Camera Hub software for Facecam from elgato.com/download
2) Install Camera Hub
3) Place Facecam on the monitor using the included monitor mount
Facecam can be mounted on other mounting hardware by using removing the monitor mount to expose the 1/4 thread mount point.
4) Remove the privacy cover
5) Using the included USB cable, connect Facecam to an available USB 3.0 port on the computer.
⚠ USB hubs and USB extension cables are not supported. The use of these can cause unforeseen issues.
6) Use the Camera Hub software to adjust and save Facecam settings
